After going through 3 other speech therapists in 3 long years and making no progress, I had little hope that anyone could help my 5 year old son, who is diagnosed with autism and was non-verbal with the exception of a few sounds. A neighbor and coincidentally a family member both used Jen and highly recommended her to me for my son. We are now almost a year into therapy and he has made HUGE gains. He is finally able to use some functional speech! Jen is great at diagnosing your child's specific issues with speech and language and then working directly on the problem. She's amazing, a true professional in her field and a miracle worker in our case . If you have a child with a severe language disorder, Jennifer can help your child.

My son who has a diagnosis of verbal and oral apraxia as well as autism was nonverbal (with very few sounds) at 4 and a half when we first started working with Jennifer. Jennifer's therapy is direct and fun for my son and she was able to wake up his mouth. After only a month he has begun making more sounds and has started the beginning of word approximations. I look forward to our sessions every week and words cannot express my excitement when I watch him work with Jennifer and think about his future. I feel very lucky to find someone so qualified in her field.

Jennifer of Yardley Speech & Lang. was great to work with. When she first met our son, his speech was way behind what would be expected of him at age 2. After working with Jennifer in personal, one-on-one sessions, his language skills improved to match those of other children his age. Jennifer's approach is fun and never a chore.
