We are a landscape business that has brought repeat business to Yard Stop Garden Center. That being said here's the problem. We ordered and paid for two pallets of sod on Monday St Augustine Floratam to be exact. On Wed morning we came to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else and another shipment would be in between 2 and 4 and we could get it then. They had no care or concerns that we had a job to do for a customer. We picked up the two pallets of sod and ordered and paid for a third pallet of sod to be delivered the next day Thursday between two and four. Keep in mind the first two pallets would of came in at this Time on Tuesday. And they close at five. So on Thursday a little after 2 I called and asked if the sod came in. I was told yes but that it was gone. I explained that we paid for a pallet yesterday and was told that it would be in today. I was then told that what we ordered evergreen wouldn't be in untill tomorrow. We went up there to find out what was going on and to get a refund on the third pallet because at this point we aren't happy. As I'm sitting in the truck waiting for my bf the owner of our landscape company to talk to them lo and behold an s10 truck practically dragging full of St Augustine Floratam drives by. There was at least half to 3/4 of a pallet in that truck. so not once but twice in a week they sold product we paid for ahead of time. When my bf Told the lady that we won't be coming back she gave him a who cares additude. Well guess what who cares if I write you bad reviews everywhere I can??? You owe us an apology and some of your crappy employees should be FIRED

This business doesn't even deserve one star. Bought $400 worth of sod and within one week the new sod had chinch bugs and had to be replaced. They refused to warranty any of their work. Go elsewhere.

If you order anything from these unprofessional clowns make sure it's exactly what you want. I ordered mulch from them. After the confusion of what color the mulch was they delivered me what was supposed to be natural Cyprus mulch and delivered bright red mulch. We already had down 6 yards of the natural mulch. My dog sitter just happen to be home during the delivery. The owner had absolutely so remorse. I told him what had happened and he turned the entire thing over on me making it my fault for not ordering the right color. Then blamed my sitter for not noticing the color deference before the dumped it. Not like his driver couldn't tell after seeing what was put down already. He said it wasn't worth his time or money to come pick up the wrong delivery. So I had to order the correct order at full price. He said why should I have to eat anything. It's not my problem. I own my own business and even if the customer makes a mistake, the customer is ALWAYS right. Buyer beware!

Should have read the reviews before hiring this company to relandscape backyard. The quality of the sod was terrible. Large sections were installed rampant with fungus. Part of the yard looks nice but big sections have nothing but dead grass. They will not stand behind their product and customer service is non existent. Unfortunately for them, they have not heard the last of me. I will not stop until this problem is fixed! Think twice about doing business with this nursery. UPDATE: Problem solved. Spoke with manager, showed pictures of the yard, and within 3 days my yard had new sod. While I am glad to have this problem solved, it shouldn't have taken all this effort to do so. The design person with whom Imhad been working with should have taken care of this right away.

This used to be a reliable nursery but no longer. Tried to return plants that died within a month of planting them. On the phone, they said fine bring them in. In person, a different story. The obnoxious employee said they were still alive and they were not Taking them back. These plants were DEAD. I ask to speak to the owner and was told,"I am one of the managers, no one speaks to the owner", and I am done discussing this with you" if I could figure out how to give negative stars I would give them a minus five! A rose from the yard shop will be as dead!

I got tree's, sod, and plants love all of it, the man that owns the place is very nice

My husband and I moved down from Michigan and are new to these plants and things here. We have been to the nursery quite a few times about fixing up the yard, they were extremely helpful and have good prices. We recommend using this company.

I had them remove and replace some sod and trees and put in a sprinkler system and they did a great job they were very helpful on what I wanted done they were very nice and polite men I would have them come back and do more when I get ready to do my rock garden and replace some of my flower beds if you want a great job done these are the guys to get Thank you

I purchased mulch and some roses from c@a the people were very nice . I will go back when I need more stuff

C&A is one of the few companies who sells sod by the piece. We were buying empire zoysia at Lowe's until we discovered C&A. Their sod is better quality than Lowe's and a much better price. We buy 40 pieces at a time as we can afford it. Thank you C&A for allowing us to do this. And thank you for the coupons!

Bought two yards of topsoil. Asked about delivery charges and the female sales person said the price included it. We asked again are you sure? Shr answereed yes. When soil was delivered driver stated he needed $40.00 delivery charges. Really thought $40.00 was too high foer a delivery for less than 12 miles and should have been told in advance. Manager was contacted he and was rude. Have used this company before but never again.

They done our landscaping and sod at our new home. Very beautiful and workers was respectful

Very Disappointed with sod and creeping fig purchased for $6000. The sod has been taken over and crab grass and looks horrible and the 100 + creeping fig plants appear to be different varieties. I paid more than was initially quoted for the work that was done and they will not return my phone calls. I do NOT recommend using this company.

Was looking for Zoysia grass at a reasonable price. Chris from C&A treated well and had it delivered and installed the NEXT DAY! Definitely recommended...
