Poor comunication and practices.

After moving out of a residence, Yakima Waste picked up over a pickup load of garbage my ex-landlord brought down from his residence. Even though it was a week after I discontinued service, Yakima Waste billed me for the landlords waste removal. It has been over a year now and they are still attempting to collect for my ex-landlords waste disposal. Though that account was closed a week prior to that bill, Yakima Waste still attempts to “take” funds from my present account to pay the unjust account, putting my present account delinquent.

When ordering service, they are not upfront about how long it takes to receive a container for recycling. After multiple calls it is finally revealed that they DO NOT have any containers and have a back order of customers still waiting from the previous month.Customer service is friendly but not efficient, had the business been truthful about wait times, I could make an informed decision about whether or not I wish to do business with them.
