Worst Plumbing company ever.... Come in based on being the Fist American Home Warranty plumber. Then work on ripping you off as much as possible.

Work was shoddy at best. Showed complete lack of attention to the details of the job. 1/3 of the work was routed outside the walls, simply because it was easier for them.

Things discussed during the decision process on the project were not provided or done. In fact they strong-armed us for more money at the end of the project.

WE hope the plumbing at least doesn't leak, but based on the unprofessional work that was done.... I wouldn't bet on that. !!!

To sum up.... shoddy/sloppy work. bait and switch tactics, overcharged and then more money demanded at the end of the project. You would do well to steer clear of this company.

Extremely disappointed in Rancho Santa Margarita....
