Doug & Terry Gladden manage this place. They play favorites so if you're thinking of moving here, you may want to re-consider. Posted signs read, "No Solicitors" but Terry allows annoying religious & sales peddlers to knock on your door. Terry says old people want 'the company' but really she's getting $$$ for allowing their peddling. They invent rules as they wish & refuse to provide an official list of rules. Been here over a decade. No one is allowed to be in the grassy circle then we get an invite to a party in the same circle. It's nuts! No consistency nor fairness. They allow hillbillies to move in with drug issues and never do anything about the situation. Mgmt's answer is, "Call the Police!" because they refuse to get involved.

Pros: it's cheap to live here; close to everything in town. That's it.

You may want to try Madison City instead of this place.

There's a big grass circle in the middle of it, kids play there in the summertime. The people here are so friendly, there's drama sometimes, but it normal. The owners here make up STUPID WORTHLESS rules, no one follows. Like 1. No Basketball Hoops. A lot of people have one, I mean come on. There's woods around it and it's beautiful during the spring, walking in the woods with your friends during Fall, Winter, and Spring season is the best. It's not trashy like most people think Trailer Parks are, it's more like, everyone knows each other now. It's great.
