Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!Be very careful in your dealings with the used car sales people from Woodmen Nissan. They will say anything to sell a car, and then once they have made the sale and you leave the dealership it's virtually impossible to get them to follow through on any of their promises.I bought a used truck from them and they promised to give me a “manager's discount” on a set of tires and to provide free oil changes for 1 year. After I purchased the truck and asked for the discounted price for a set of tires, they gave me a “discount” price that was over $100 more than I could purchase the same tires from a tire store, and they never bothered to send me the information and paperwork for the free oil changes. After trying repeatedly to get in touch with the sales person I finally contacted the general sales manager, Brock Wilson, who told me he would “make sure” to have the paperwork for the oil changes sent to me. Over two weeks now and still nothing. This dealership and its staff do not appear to value honesty, integrity, commitments or customer service.Unfortunately, it was only after I had these bad experiences that I checked the Better Business Bureau web site to discover that Woodmen Nissan has an “F” rating. I really wish I had checked their BBB rating earlier – I would never have set foot in their dealership, and certainly wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from them, if I had known of their extremely poor rating. While there may well be people who have a good experience at Woodmen, given the “F” rating with the BBB, is it worth the risk? There are plenty of other car dealerships in Colorado Springs – I'd recommend going to a reputable dealership with a good BBB rating.

HORRIBLE!

My sales person was James Fransisco he called himself JB. At first he seemed to know what he was doing but the more I asked questions the more I got the response "I'm not sure". I ended up trading in my 2010 nissan rouge for a 2009 nissan altima coupe. Once we got paper work going they told me that my car payment would be 200 dollars more than my current one. I told them absolutely not! JB then continued by saying I would be saving "$50" dollars more on gas because the altima was better on gas then the rouge. They then met my initial car payment. I had filled up my rouges gas tank to full right before getting to the dealership when they gave me the altima it was at empty. They told me their manager wouldn't allow them to fill it up. I mentioned at the dealership I got my rouge they filled. I have had my altima for 11 days and have filled my gas tank 3 times costing me $55 dollars when it only cost me 40 to fill my gas tank and it lasted me two full weeks. I also noticed the alignment on the car is very off. I called in today and asked if there was any way i can return my car since I was extremely unhappy with my car. The man who answered was extremely rude and told me NO. He told me I Colorado it wasn't allowed. I then told him were I got my rouge gave me 30 days to return my car if I was unhappy he then very rude told me "where was that at" I told him Denver and he told me it must of been a company policy. (did he just not remember he told me it wasn't allowed in Colorado?) I then hung up so I could control not going OFF! I am going to see if I can at least trade it. The place itself isn't bad. I don't blame nissan at all I blame the staff for not being professional. They are completely untrained. I have only been with them 11 days and they already have me pulling out my hair.

Customer for life

I have purchase my last 3 cars from Woodmen Nissan and have been very satisfied with the quality of the cars (Both new and used) as well as the service I have received from Nissan, Woodmen Nissan, their sales people, service and finance departments. I put a lot of miles on my cars and have to buy new ones all the time. I wish I had discovered Woodmen Nissan earlier as my previous car buying experiences were nightmares. Anytime I need a new car from now on I will go the Woodmen Nissan first.

Harassed by Jason Wilensky

I went to purchase my first car with Woodmen Nissan and up until we began to discuss numbers, everything was going pleasantly. The dealer, Clint Kuchowski, was very helpful, but everything turned absolutely sour when the Finance Manager, Jason Wilensk, wanted to speak with us. My bank had closed and I was unable to confirm that the car information for that VIN was accurate, so I concluded I would come back on Monday. Jason Wilensky began to sense I was ready to leave and began saying that he could provide me any, if not better information that the bank could. When I told him I was sincerely interested in the car but just wanted to clear my decision through all avenues, he began to attack me personally, questioning my inability to make a decision based off my limited knowledge of cars and the information he was willing to provide. Jason Wilensky then began to press the issue further stating that, "I must live a horrible life if I can't trust anyone and make a decision on my own." My husband and I left frustrated and upset.
