After 20+ years of customer loyalty, Woodley's has lost my business. The sales staff are extremely rude and condescending; they are more interested in watching football than assisting customers. The management would be wise to invest in customer service training for himself and his staff. So disappointing and embarrassing. I won't be back.

We have a long history with this business and find the furniture to be very well made. But recent experience with a salesman was less than satisfactory. Promised time frame for delivery was not accurate and I was making all the calls to find out what was happening. I was left with a big event and no dining table. The manager offered to help solve my seating dilema and a gift certicate for my trouble. The salesman himself offered excuses about lack of communication in a letter and no gift certificate ever arrived. We may still shop here, but we won't use the same salesperson and will be more proactive about the process

This is a review of your website. Give me a break!!! No real pictures of your actual products. What do you think? Do you think the drum roll is going to get me to drive to your store????Absolutely not!! Get with it. Put some actual product on your website. Everyone has such ugly sofas these days...all picked out by male purchasers. Nothing is the least bit feminine or even neutral...your losing market share!!! Vision!!?? my butt!!! You aren't showing me any "vision!"

I have been very happy with the design and quality of the Woodley's furniture that I own. I rarely shop anywhere else for furniture.
