Woodland Centers offers a full range of mental health services for all ages from youth to adults. Since 1958, we have been providing community mental health care to West Central Minnesota.

Our areas of care include:
•Outpatient mental health counseling
•Psychiatric services
•Partial hospitalization
•Crisis center with 24-hour service
•Chemical dependency counseling
•Psycho-social rehabilitation

Treatment is available through our day program, assertive community treatment, and we also have intensive residential programs.

We work with all major insurances to bill you, and we can also put you on a sliding fee scale, should finances present a problem.
