They lost our reservation, failed to keep the dogs separated,, and charged double what every other kennel charges.

We first used this kennel when moving from the city to Lake in the Hills. We where nervous at first becuase our German Shepherd was VERY dog aggressive and could only be out with our other dog. It was no problem for them to seperate our two at play time. They feed your dog(s) food you bring or their own. They dispense medicine at no extra charge and always have plenty of staff. Our last trip their was a sad one as we our mix became ill while there. HOWEVER, there staff noticed right away that something was wrong and immediatly got her to the ER Vet. Had they not been paying attention or had not been so caring, our poor girl would of died. THANK YOU Woodbine, we will always use you.

This is a great place to take your dog. I kennel is VERY clean. The staff is great! It's in the country, they get time to be out side and enjoy large play yards. If they can go out wiht other dogs they get to play with other dogs and have fun. If your dog needs medicine they make sure it is given. They also have grooming, and a room for cats that stay there.(away from the dogs). The owner feeds really good dog food and all sells it there. and very informative on how to feed your dog the best food available. I have been using this kennel for 20years. Its a great place
