Never ever send your child to this place! I feel sorry for your child if you do.... by

I sent my child last year and I was in the beginning a bit reluctant with all going around. My child was not happy but I decided to try. Through the months he was there I notice several times my child came home with body and face scratches. I went to report and the teachers and director said they would follow it but I never so any one coming to me to inform me. I had to ask them and still the never gave a sensitive or true answer to the problem. They knew nothing about how it did happened and they are supposed to be looking after my childâ€¦. They are just incompetent! This year I decided to enroll my child again because I was going to take up a job and I was in a hurry to find some place for my child. I spoke to the Manager and said to her that my child's place would depend on my job. I would no not be able to get him in if my starting day was some how delay, but I wanted them to work with me and help me out once I started my job. She Saied I needed to pay to say his spot $65.00. (Never mention that once paid it would hold the spot for a month since the day and then the money lost) I paid 2 weeks before my starting time but somehow my job was delay and I could financially support my son if I was not working. I went and explained that to them hoping they would understand and work out with me something as they already knew my situation. "I WAS SURE THEY WERE GOING TO HELP ME OUT" WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. One of the front lady went to talk to the manager and guess what SORRY but we can do anything for you. Your spot is reserved a month and after that you loose your spot if the child does not start and the money can not be refund. They even said they understand it stinks but there was nothing they could do. I explained that I did not want to money back I just wanted them to help me out transfer the money for the time my son would start. But the answer was no...With all this lack of compassionate towards myself a single mother; with no money to spend and give away for nothing...I expect a different treatment from a company like that. They were more interested in my $65.00 that anything else. Places like this do not care a bit about our children. What the care about is the money and nothing else. I left the place thinking that they need the money more than me so I would give it for free...DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS PLACE...That same day I send an email to the manager explaining the situation since she was the one who spoke to me the first time and so far a week later I have not hear anything...they do not care. Just think. She does not like to face this problem, to me; could be easy to handle imagine something really serious happening to your child. Be carefulIt is not a caring and trustable place!!!

Do NOT give the staff your credit card information. Son last attended in Dec 2011. Was billed again 6 Jan 2012 - staff admitted it was a mistake. Sent them in writing directions not to bill my credit card agian. WYL billed my CC… Read More >
