Sorry to anyone that had a bad experience there before but I must tell you, this is an extremely nice salon now. Amazing customer service from all employees. Very accommodating and Made this the best salon experience for me in a long time. So glad to say I've found the best spot in SE Norman at 12th ave and east Alameda!!! Very happy customer here. Oh and must also be noted, the gentleman that took care of me, his name is Young, wow - he's an artist and I so appreciate his work. Definitely made me feel pretty! Thanks to all the staff at Wonder Nails! You RoCk!

I've honestly never had a worse experience at a nail salon than I did here. I asked for acrylic nails shaped rounded, and the lady doing them did not shape them properly. I had some nails with rounded edges and square tips, they were different lengths, etc. Before she started to polish them, I simply asked her if she could round them out more, and she immediately got a nasty attitude and began to yell at me and argue with me. I told her I felt uncomfortable and disrespected, to which she replied "Well gimme my $20 and you can go somewhere else". The owner kept trying to diffuse the situation but his EMPLOYEE continued to try to banter back and forth with me, even after I started crying. So, after I reached my breaking point and cussed her out, I threw her $20 and went to and told them i'd never be back. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. There is no professionalism or regard for customer care.

They did really good solar nail, & I get 10% off for students , I love that place
