If you want to make a lot of phone calls to check on the status of your order when it doesn't come in after 3 weeks past the delivery date or have them come and "repair" brand new furniture when it shows up damaged all the while dealing with the "customer service" section then buy your furniture here. If on the other hand you work for a living and don't need the hassel, go somewhere else, you won't regret it.

I want to let others know how bad their attitude and customer service is in the chambersburg wolfs furniture store. I went to pick out a howard miller grandfather clock. I found one but it was sold. the sales lady promised I would recieve the exact clock and brass cylinder for inheritance. After all was finished, I recieved the wrong clock , model numbers didn't match and after months of calling and emailing them for service with the balance of the pendulum for their so called clock doc to service it and not getting what i wanted and getting a small dented cyclinder, I was so aggravated, I know i'll never go inside another wolfs store and i paid off my bill completely so i have no further dealings with them. they are so inept at that store and the manager was very rude and matter of fact about the whole deal. I wish i had done what the other lady complaining about this store did and just walked out and took my business else where but unfortunately i wasn't that lucky and went th

I don't know how the last girl had such a bad experience with Wolf Furniture. I had a wonderful experience. I was looking at living room furniture and the salesman was very helpful. Then when I went to checkout the cashier was very friendly to me. And the manager even came out and thanked me for my business. Then the second time I went in to pick up my furniture I again had a different person at the customer service desk and she was also friendly. The man in the warehouse that loaded my furniture was also very nice. So again i find it hard to beleive that the last lady gave such a bad reveiw. I have had people that reccomended that store to me that think they are great also.

Wolf Furniture's sales people are a pleasure to work with. They actually know something about decorating and are very knowledgeable about furniture construction. I was able to find exactly what I wanted, and it all cost less than I had expected. I shopped around, and Wolf Furniture definitely has the best quality and selection in the area and their prices are reasonable. They said that if I saw the same thing elsewhere at a lower price, they'd beat it. I'll never shop anywhere else for furniture.

I gave Wolf's furniture 1 star because there was no choice for 0 stars! I had a very terrible experience with customer service at the Chambersburg location. My interaction with the cashier was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had!I had 2 rooms picked out to purchase and ended up walking straight out the door taking my business with me after speaking with the manager! The cashier was rude, insulting, displayed poor behavior and she had absolute zero class.The manager only presented himself to patronize me and my sister! He was of no help to control his poor-mannered cashier. If these are the kinds of people Wolf's in Chambersburg chooses to hire and stand by, then I wouldn't be surprised to see them lose more business than just mine.I will NOT purchase or recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy furniture.March 01, 2010 by Emily in Chambersburg, PA
