WLC has nearly 60 employees in our Casper, Gillette, Pinedale, and Cheyenne offices specializing in a variety of disciplines to take each project from inception to completion. Our staff of Wyoming licensed engineers and surveyors along with our certified land planners, grantsman, GIS personnel, and geotechnical personnel lead the firm’s project management teams. These professionals are supported by drafting and engineering technicians, quality control/quality assurance personnel, and clerical, business, and administrative personnel.

In 1948, WLC was founded as an engineering and surveying firm. Since then, we have completed thousands of projects creating solutions for Wyoming governments, businesses, and individuals. To better serve our clients, we have also widened our services to include, among others, planning, GIS, and grant writing.
