Dealing with these people over the phone will ruin your day. When asked about our security deposit I was greeted with attitude, anger, and incompetence. Water bills will arrive late, therefore, you will pay them late. They will also bill you utilities when you are moved out of the residence. Terrible experience.

I rented a house from this company for a year and a half. From day one I had issues with the house at first they did well on handling repairs but as the months went on they stopped caring to the point of doing nothing. The only way I got them to anything at this point is to call the board of health My water bills would come in whenever they felt like sending them to the point of two bills at once. I took care on my end with the water bills and wj Kellar did not so therefor my water got shut off. Dealing with the owner of this place is like dealing with lucifer him self no regard to anyone but her and her little hellions that work there. I suggest do not deal with wj Kellar because you WILL Loose in the end. ZERO STARS.
