Since 2006, our company has been dedicated to providing face-to-face and one-on-one personal assistance to self represented (pro se) individuals in family matters and bankruptcy. As of 2009, we are able to provide services to our Spanish-speaking clients as well. We are now expanding to the Hunters Creek and Kissimmee area.

Our company specializes in providing personal document preparation services to the public in a quiet and peaceful environment. Non-lawyer services are available to the public and freelance, or contract paralegal services are available to lawyers. Divorce mediation and paternity mediation services are provided by Beverly Gagliardi for represented and unrepresented (pro se) parties.

We know that each personal, or professional, matter is different, so the individual needs of each person or lawyer will vary. In an effort to meet all types of needs, our paralegals and mediators will customize each service to your specification within the scope of permitted services.

Beverly Gagliardi is a current Advanced Certified Paralegal (NALA designation), Florida licensed real estate salesperson and Certified Notary Public and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. Her educational background includes graduate degrees in business (MBA) and nursing (MSN).

Her graduate-level education meshes well with the paralegal degree. Beverly graduated from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved paralegal program with honors. Subsequently, Beverly earned the coveted and prestigious designation of advanced certified paralegal (ACP), making her one of 100 ACPs in the United States, and one of nineteen in the state of Florida as of 2007.

In 2008, she received her certificate in family mediation training from an approved Florida Supreme Court Program, University of South Florida, taught by the respected and well-known Dr. Gregory Firestone. She is now a Florida Supreme Court family mediator.To the best of her knowledge she is the only paralegal/non-lawyer in the State of Florida who is Certified Mediator.
