Cancelled an appointment 5 minutes after the time they promised to be there. Wife and I took off work. We booked this appointment 6 days in advance, the slot they suggested. We asked for early warning if they were to be late or unable to show, Henry promised he would do so. Now we are out time and money only because we trusted Window Collections.

Be Warned.

This company is one of the worst that I have ever worked with as an interior designer. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their pricing is totally out of line with other vendors and what you get for it is well below industry standard. Their customer service is entirely unacceptable, i have had install dates moved 6 times, including last minute (night before) that were canceled. The install team is totally embarrassing, they are not professionals and my clients were horrified. The quality of the work is totally subpar - and the customer service is at a total zero. And most importantly, the owner, is entirely unprofessional, unpredictable and unstable. I will never work with them again. Stay away.

I've been doing business with this company for over 12 years. The owner of this company takes great strides in making sure my reputation is upheld with my clients. I like dealing with people of character and integrity and this company doesn't disappoint. Even when they've made mistakes, they have always provided immediate action and taken responsibility above and beyond. No one is perfect but this company is the best in it's field.

Wow. What an exceptional company. They were the most knowledgeable, and when I compared my other quotes to theirs, Window Collections was the most comprehensive & with no hidden charges for AFTER I went with them, not mention they didn't try to quote me the cheapest product just to get my business. They completely made sure I was getting good value & great fabrics & good electric shades. Once they had my order, they followed through on the job thoroughly and the staff was fantastic to deal with. When they came to install my shades & drapes, the installation crew was very neat, unlike some of the construction people that were in and out of our house. I was thoroughly impressed with Window Collections and would do business with them again & refer them to others.
