Wilrae was recommended to me by my dealer. I don't normally listen to my dealers as I am a car nut and do as much of the work myself but it is an RV and it needed an alignment. I was having difficulty finding a place that could handle the RV. I talked to Chris on the phone and he gave me a detailed explanation and possible charges but of course he would have to see it to say for sure. It was a bit of a haul for me but I gave it a shot. Am I glad I did. When I got in he gave me some possibilities including that it is under warranty and if they see some issues he would send me to my dealer. There would be only an evaluation fee. He came and explained what they were seeing and what they would do. He brought me to see what they were doing. It was the basic $159 for the alignment and that was it. As they weren't comfortable test driving my RV, he told me to drive it and let him know if there were any issues. In and out in 1.5 hours. Great place down the road to get breakfast also. I got such a good vibe, I will be bringing all my vehicles there for alignments or tires!
