Willows cleaning has been cleaning my house for about a year. I was unhappy with my previous cleaning company because the quality was diminishing over time. That is not the case with Willows. They consistently clean the house very well and are thorough with each clean. I thought their deep cleaning service was a bit expensive but it ended up being well worth it! My house hadn't been that clean since we moved in. Willows Cleaning is very professional and they know how to run a good business. Plus I don't need to worry about any harsh chemicals around my young children.

When I moved to Rockford two years ago my concern was finding the right fit for a cleaning service. I came across an ad in a regional magazine which offered residential cleaning services with the motto "cleaning the planet one client at a time" which strongly resonated with me. I decided to run with Willow's and have not looked back. The girls work as a cohesive team which entails following a detailed list of tasks to address room by room with a specific process leading to the completion of each task. This way, the team is on the same page because they have all been trained exactly the same -- huge, in order to be effective. Communication is also a big factor between the team and the client. Oh, I also want to mention the cleaning products -- environmentally friendly -- big requisite for me based on my chemical sensitivities. Willow's Cleaning Service has been cleaning my home twice a month for over two years. They are incredibly reliable. Using green products is important to me and Willow's supplies and uses environmentally friendly, safe products. They have a thorough checklist which is completed at every visit so you know exactly what has been done. They are very professional.

willows is a cleaning service I would recomend to anyone.I have a husband who has lots of things . They are very considerate and careful when cleaning of his things.I find that all you have to do is ask .I sure do like knowing my house is clean for all . thanks to willow for all they do for me.
