Grateful patient by
The nurse practitioners and nurses are amazing and take a holistic and personal approach. They take my concerns seriously and make sure they follow up. They are not about just prescribing drugs and sending you on your way. It truly is a patient-provider partnership that I appreciate. I'd recommend them any day.

I have been taking my son there for 5 years and my daughter for almost 4 years. They all know my kids. They remember their names and their medical history. I don't have to explain it to the Dr. or nurses every time we go in there. They all are very kind, happy and helpful, Secretaries, Dr.'s and nurses! I don't know what I would do without them!
I have been a heart patient of Dr. Larry Hattel since 2011 by

Dr. Hadell is the best cardiologists that I have seen so far. He actually took the time to investigate and research my cardiac arrest to see if we could figure out whet happened! I trust him and his staff completely They are Great!

I have tried several medical practices in Cheyenne, and this is the first that gave me service as needed when needed and with thoroughness. When they encountered problems that required a specialist, they advised me of their capabilities and made appointments for me.They do many of the medical tests on premises, and have good recommendations for those which they cannot accommodate. They are persistant about followups on chronic medical problems. Best care in the area without going to Colorado.

Uncommonly great service for Cheyenne by
30 yr. old woman -
I've been a patient with Willow Creek for the past two years and have been so impressed with the nurse practitioners and staff. They are kind, educated, prompt, and precise -- I didn't think these qualities existed in Cheyenne's health care system. I'm willing to drive for good service, but I'm happy to report this local business provides outstanding care and service.
I went to them after have been to the ER for my heart. While I was there, the nurses kept coming in and interrupting. Dr. Larry Hattel went over all my results regarding my heart. Thank goodness it was not anything major. At the end of the visit, I walked out with the doctor to only be greeted with staff members giving me a rude unpleasant look and yelling at Dr. Larry Hattel saying, âREALLY?â She was rude in her voice and did it in the company of me a patient. I left feeling as if I did something wrong. I called the office back and wanted to know why I was giving rude looks and comments made to the doctor while in a patience present. That it was very unprofessional. I never got a call back. Months later, I scheduled an appointment, while I was waiting the office manager told me I was not welcome there anymore and that they sent me a letter stating that, which I never received. The lady said someone will talk to me. They pulled me into a side room and the person that came to me was Dr. Diane Hattel. I recognized her as the women as the person who made me feel bad on my last visit. She explained she was thinking about getting rid of Dr. Larry Hattel for taking so long and that he was with me longer then he should have been. She said that he actually had other heart patients that were âtrue heart patientsâ and that when I said, I originally came because of my heart and because I didnât have any heart problems I was less then another patient with heart problems. I told her that whatever the office policy is, they their staff needs to follow that and not take it out on a patient that clearly had nothing to do with it. Dr. Diane Hattel was yelling at me and my comments were you obviously have some issues and this not where I wish to continue to my medical care and I walked out.
Jennifer is awesome by
Grateful Parent -
Our son was seeing another doctor and Jennifer (NP) had been helping them with their patients. She was awesome--patient, kind, right kind of bed side manner. She always listens and really cares about you. Now our whole family sees her. The nurses there are great--especially Gina! Highly recommend!
Grateful to have them by
So Thankful -
I have been obese all through childhood and all my adult life. Every doctor I ever saw made me feel like something nasty on the bottom of their shoe and told me how ashamed I should be for having allowed myself to get to the point where I was. I HATED to go to the doctor for anything and chose to suffer at home to avoid being degraded any further. I ended up at Willow Creek when I was unable to get in to the clinic I usually went to for lung issues and that's where I met a NP named Jennifer. She was amazing from the beginning and has helped me repeatedly through pneumonia, dog bites, and other issues AND she has helped me with weight loss. This woman truly cares and she has been with me every pound of the way. I have a long way to go and it isn't easy but the staff at Willow Creek is SO supportive and I thank God for Jennifer and her caring. You won't find another practioner anywhere that is as good at what she does. I am so thankful to have her as my health care provider.
