I went in for a 'free' test. It's not really free. They don't release the test for your medical records!! It's a gimmick that they use to have you purchase hearing aids. In fact, when I asked about my insurance benefits, they said they were a "preferred provider" and offered me a discount, when they weren't a provider at all!! They must really be marking their prices up!!They posed as doctors. I even called the gentleman I dealt with Dr. so-and-so, and he agreed. Just because they wear lab-coats, doesn't make them doctors or audiologists. In fact, when doing some probing, most of the salesmen there haven't even been to college, except for Mr. Willoughby - also, not a doctor. All I can say is that I will NEVER go back. Words of advice: Go to a respectable Audiologist's office, not a high-school grad's sales-store.
