DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR HELP!!! DANGER!!!
I came here in order for them to help me prepare and file an I-130 Family Petition application for my husband. A fee of $1,500 was to be paid. They first charged me $600 and then stated that after I get my application approved by USCIS I would have to pay them the $900 which would be the remaining balance. They made it seem like it was going to just take 2-3 days to prepare the forms. It did not! It took a week and a half for them to get something done and four trips later. They had me go back and forth, for papers that apparently they needed and other types of information. Which I was fine with, but when I felt that too much time had past and I asked Maria when my paperwork would be ready. Apparently, she was going to mail out the papers on 2/5/18, but I told her instead that I would feel much better if I were to mail them out myself, certified mail with tracking number. She told me instead to go pick them up on 2/7/18. This is after I had initially met her the first time with my husband for a consultation on 01/29/2018. Well, after I picked up my envelope with everything ready to be mailed out supposedly, I had the gut instinct to open the envelope. I was reading through the forms and to my surprise found many errors with my application. I'm not a lawyer or anything, but some of the questions on the I-130 are very straight forward, some questions are definitely possible to answer. These were some of the mistakes I found and was completely taken a back by their incompetency or lack of diligence to fill out forms that are very sensitive and could have a detrimental affect on peoples lives.

1) They did not write in my husband's SSN correctly
2) The Alien Registration Number was not placed in the correct section of the
application
3) Question asking "Country of Birth" they wrote in "Los Angeles CA United States.
4) Question of Beneficiary's Marital Information, they left blank!!!!

The list goes on and on, something else to point out is that in the application in Part 8: Contact Information, Declaration, and Signature of the Person Preparing this Petition, they left this section blank instead of putting their information. That is honestly really sketchy. Honestly, I could keep going and going, but I think you understand what I'm talking about and how frustrating this was.

Well, when I called Maria and told her I needed to speak to her she had me go on February 9th. I explained to her that I was very unsatisfied with how my husband's application had been filled out and that they had done a very poor job and that how could they dare give me paperwork to mail out to immigration without it being thoroughly filled out and completed. I explained that for these reasons I could not allow them to fix such grave errors on their part because I had lost confidence in there abilities to do so and for that reason I would like my money back. She told me that I needed to give them back the original receipt they gave me stating that I had paid the $600. I said I didn't have it with me, but I could come back later. Veronica told me that that would not be possible because they were going to close early. I told her then that I would be coming on Monday February 12, 2018 instead and to make sure that they would be opened.

When I arrived on Monday Veronica told me that it was out of the question to give us the money back and that I would only receive $200. That I had no right to ask for my money and that it was all MY FAULT that they had prepared my paperwork wrong. I was completely taken back by their comments and Veronica and Maria's rudeness. They claimed that my husband and myself were not affected by their actions because nothing had been mailed out. I was like yeah, because I decided not to mail out the paperwork.

Please do not go to this place for immigration help and filing. There are no lawyers there or anyone competent enough to assist with such sensitive matters.
