NOT a perfect company

Computer crashed last night. They lost all 75 appointments for today. I don't understand a backup system that could not find what was on the schedule last Friday. Their IT and backup is inadequate. After getting voice mail for sales and service for a second time, I told the receptionist I was calling about a missed appointment. She did not inform me at that time they had computer problems. If she did not know after answering the phone all day that is amazing in a negative way. If she knew and was not telling CUSTOMERS that is not very up front. A very poorly handled day of problems

Skilled and efficient

When my pilot light went out on my boiler i was uncomfortable relighting it myself. The plumber was on time and showed me how to get it lit for the future. I would definitely recommend them!

Profesional and helped me file the for the warranty

I had them out to my house to replace my water heater. They helped me coordinate with the insurance company so I didn't have to pay a dime. The technician did a great job on the installation. He was professional, kind and considerate. I look forward to working with then in the future.

They come to the job unprepaired and with no supplies, then charge you to goto the store.

Had them repair a pump in march, now again in Dec, they dont carry any supplies on the truck and you have to pay for the guys to go to the store after they see what the problem is, WHAT kind of plumbers do this, Put the basic supplies on the truck a pump, float gasket material, COme on you have been doing this for years and this is how you conduct your work, they didnt even tell me that was the way they roll till I get the bill. Same job as before but paid another 2.5 hours for him to drive 2 miles to the store.....CALL AROUND, ALLOT GIVE FREE ESTIMATES FOR REPAIRS
