Dr. Burns uses the new Digital X-rays that reduce your radiation exposure 90%, and he will order whatever X rays are necessary to diagnose comprehensively your complete dental condition. With these he can diagnose decay between your teeth, bone loss due to gum disease or other problems, abscesses, cysts, impacted teeth or "extra" teeth, sinus problems, other bony infections, even osteoporosis.And, in addition to being technically "Leading Edge", great efforts are made to be gentle and compassionate. Buy the best and only cry once! by littlemg - 01/24/2008My treatment from Dr Burns and his staff has been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain my options in detail. The dentistry I received is top notch. I have had several teeth worked on by Dr. Burns and my dental work has been beautiful, very stable and long lasting.
My father-in-law always said, " buy the best and only cry once!" It would be stressful to try and find another dentist as good as Dr. Burns. I have a lot of friends who have had to re-do a lot of their dental work. I prefer to only go through the experience once, both physically and monetarily.
Over the years my husband has needed a root canal, crown, extraction and implant. I needed my wisdom teeth extracted and an apicoectomy, a surgical procedure. We really appreciate that we didn't get referred out for each procedure; Dr. Burns did all of these procedure in his office. The staff is friendly and welcoming and we get pampered while in the dental chair.

He and his staff are very gentle and very experienced. After 26 years of practicing Dr Burns really has the skill and the knowledge to be one of the best dentists. Most skilled, most gentle, a true artist by MaryMary - 01/22/2008I've been to many dentists, but I've never found anyone who is more technically skilled or knowledgable about what it takes to make first class beautiful dental work. Also I've never had any dentist take the time Dr. Burns has to explain my condition in terms I could understand. He and his staff are also very considerate of my comfort. I liked very much the fact that after explaining things to my satisfaction, Dr. Burns gave me options without guilt. In other words, he said we can do this or we can do that or we can do the other; "What's important to you and what would you like to do?"
