Mr. Richard Willia practices primarily in personal injury and worker=s compensation, representing clients who have suffered car and truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, construction accidents, work accidents, wrongful death accidents as well as injuries in many other settings.

Mr. Willia is respected by his peers and has obtained an AV (the highest) rating as published in Martindale-Hubbell which rates the competency and ethics of Lawyers across America. He is also a Fellow in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been for over 25 years. Fellowship in this organization is limited to 225 Lawyers within the state of Iowa who have demonstrated superior trial skills in representing their Clients.
