Garbage customer service. My mom waiting in line to fill 5 water jugs from the dispenser and some white couple cuts her off and the asian guy infront of her.

Asian guy complains to the white couple to wait their turn and that my mom is next as after him. Once the 1st person finished, the asian guy places a bottle under the 2nd dispenser for my mom.

A employee comes over and notices the confrontation and calls a supervisor over (some white American dude).

Once explaining the story, the supervisor tells my mom, to relax and wait 10 minutes or so until the white couple fills their 3 bottles.

While the supervisor was talking, the white couple puts his hand in the water that was dispensing into my moms bottle and closes it so he fill his bottle.

My mom had to empty the 3/4 full 5 gallon bottle and refill it after the couple finished their bottles.

Whoever that supervisor was - he's an idiot for handling the situation like he did.

My mom is Mexican and I judge that supervisor as a racist fuck.

This is a fabulous store. They have 7th Generation and Meyers laundry, lots of GREAT fresh organic vegetables. The meat section is great. Wonderful samples and great staff. I gave them only 4 stars because of the fresh fish section. Fish is not separated, meaning all run together on ice and it smelled bad the last time I was in. But I do purchase everything except fish here at this store.
