Both times I have called Whole Cat I have been treated rudely. The one time I've been in the store they couldn't have been more helpful. Recently I spent over $230 in the store and special-ordered another $100+ worth of food. I was told the special order would be available in five days. When I called to check on my order before I made the trip to pick it up, I was told by the woman on the phone that it wouldn't be available for another five days, that they never ordered from that company more than every two weeks and that she didn't know who could possibly have told me it would be in in five days. There was no regret or apology for the misinformation. On the contrary, her attitude was one of annoyance that I could actually have expected my order to be there when I was told it would be. I guess it's easier to be rude to a faceless person on the phone than to someone's face. From now on I'll be special ordering through The Vitamin Cottage. I won't support this store.
