Finally, I found someplace I could write about this company. by Friendly@work - 09/17/2009
Usually I feel like I am getting cheated especially when someone wont give me a price on the phone, I called this company because a friend at work (Utah.Gov) said they used this company exclusively, so I thought it wouldnt hurt. Got a price on the phone for $142 to replace a hose knobby that was leaking into my house, guess what, it was $142. Because I had gotten to talk to the owner he guaranteed it, so even though it took over an hour because it was copper lines that had to be cut and resodered in, he still had the ticket up for $142. I was so impressed that they are coming back next week, finally gonna replace a couple of toilets and put in a gas line and other stuff so I dont have to burn wood anymore, gadz, they are so neat it makes me smile. Call them, you wont be disappointed.

I made a mistake when my water heater started leaking, I called a different company. When they gave me an estimate for $2300 and said I had to redo this and redo that and blah, blah, blah, I called my dad and got James phone number. He showed up on the same day, gave me a price of $1280. This was for the new bradford white 40 gallon super high efficient (so I can get the rebate from Questar) installed an expansion tank, and extra ball valve so I can shut off the water to the tank without having to shut down the entire house, earthquake strapped it in and changed my flue size to meet new codes. He and his apprentice were in for 4 hours, completely professional and honest. Don't mess with any other company, call these guys, the do a great job!
