My dog Wyatt loves it! He whines as soon as we turn down the driveway. The staff are always so nice.......My dog has special health needs and I know that he is in the best hands.

I noticed one of the reviewers here said it feels like a pet asylum instead of a resort. I have to admit that the facility is not beautiful and it could use a little freshening up on the inside which might appeal more to pet parents, but my dogs don't care what it looks like. They just know that they love it there and they receive great care and have fun whether they are boarding or spending a day in day care. It is affordable and all of the staff is very nice and open to answering any questions I have about my dogs, training, food, medication, etc. I have no reservations about leaving my dogs at Whispering Pines. Recommended.

Our golden retriever has been attending this kennel since she was 5 months old. Now she is 5 yrs. old. She loves this place!!! Susan the owner & her daughters are wonderful!! The staff is great & they know my dog well. Our dog attends day care & vacations there a great deal. When she is being boarded she runs down the hall thinking its day care time. It's nice to see her soooo happy when I drop her off. I know she is always in good hands. Our dog has special medications due to her allergies & they are always accomodating when we board her. Also training there with Julie is wonderful ! I can always feel our family member is well taken care of when we are out of town.

I've taken my cat to several different places around town to be groomed and Whispering Pines is the best. When I return to pick her up I can tell she has been well treated and I will take her there again.

We've been taking our dogs here for years for boarding, daycare, and grooming. One of our dogs is extremely skittish (to the point that I almost wouldn't leave her on her first day) but to my surprise, she took to the people and place immediately. The staff is wonderful - they take time to answer our questions, I've never had problems with them answering the phones (during regular business hours), and our dogs adore them. Definitely recommended.

I have called them several times and left voicemails inquiring about different services (5 different times) and they have never called me back. If they are this bad about returning voicemail, makes me wonder how reliable they would be.
