great at sales, poor service, Lie's and excuses, rude and threatening manager. by Freight train - 09/01/2009My bike buying experience was great! had what I wanted price was right and sales person Mitch was on top of his game. That's where the experience ends and the nightmare begins, Had a mediocre accident with damages that were beyond my capabilities to repair in the garage. Completely insured and no problems with them. rode the bike to west side and turned it over to them, they went thru the bike came up with there repair list and the insurance company signed off on it. 90 day's later no bike and nothing but excuses blaming lack of availability of parts. The bike is a 2007 Silverado bagger (Yamaha) I could see it if this was an older (5-10 year) bike, but for cryin out loud this was a new bike!I put up with the excuses for 60 days and having no luck I left messages for the manager to call me and maybe we could get this thing rolling along and work out the problems, 30 days later I had no reply from him. Best Experience by 04rider - 06/13/2009I just moved to the area and was looking for a local powersports shop. I went around town and finally found what I was looking for at Westside Motorsports. Mitch up there helped me out and it was a great experience, I got the bike that I wanted for the price that I was willing to pay. Also their parts and service departments were very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend them to everyone.
Guzzi rider? good luck by slipprey - 03/27/2008Most sales people are only interested in sport bikes and the like. Touring folks often get the ignored. The parts guys are very good for the mot part.
