I spoke with Juan and Gustavo, the were both very uncaring and rude. I brought my car to have it washed Tuesday, the next day I saw my back break light on my Mercedes was broke off. It is VERY noticeable. I did not notice because they opened my door and I sat down and drove off. I didn't inspect my car after the wash. I only drove to the car wash and home. They tried to say it was not their fault, I took it to my dealership and they said, no, it had to of been them and that they were liable because no one else touched my car. I have a garage so no one could of do this but your car wash. They cannot replace that piece without replacing the whole piece at a cost of $187.48. Gustavo was very rude saying his guy would not of broke it and not told him, I call BS on that, for whom ever did it would not want to get in trouble. I am raging mad.
