Watch out for double billing of same servicies by PA and doctor for same visit.

It's bad enough my wife got canceled twice a hour before her appointment due to "over booking" but when we finally made it to the appointment, I had dropped my wife off at the door snd drove around back to have a smoke. Suddenly I realize I'm parked next to a black BMW M3 with with a guy in the drives seat leaned back. It seemed weird so I took a second look and noticed a blonde head moving around next to the steering wheel.... The bad part is when I walked into the office they walked in with me and when my wife got called back (a hour later) the MA taking us was the blonde from the car. And even worse the gentleman that gave my wife the ultrasound was also from the car. I had no idea what to say. My wife was sickened. We changed doctors completely when last week at her appointment we seen the same two "employees" doing it again. If the doctors there allow such a thing to happen the office should be shut down. Who knows where the other staff members go to do god knows what.

My mom is a diabetic so she had to fast anywhere from 4-6 hours before each of her 4 procedures. Her 2nd procedure her appt. was 1.30pm we got to the office at 1pm..she was finally called back for the procedure at 2:15pm went into surgery room at 4pm I was very worried about her & her blood sugar. The results are very early but seemed to be working in her case. I feel as a daughter of the patient pretty much all the staff could use a re-education on bed side manor also for front desk employees to make patients & drivers aware of schedule (dr running behind, your loved one doing ok & etc..) At this point I would not recommend this office. By daughter of patient
Billling clerk threatened to stop my mother's procedure during her surgery!

Took my 79-year old mother in 20 minutes early for her vein ablation surgery appointment at 2PM. The billing clerk took her copay and we sat down to wait. At 3:30 I asked if they had forgotten her since her blood sugar was getting low, she had been fasting since early m orning. They told us that she was next, and they took her in after 4 PM. 30 minutes into the surgery, Dan the billing clerk called me up to the window and told me he had made a mistake on her copay and undercharged her. I told her that he could collect the difference due to HIS MISTAKE when she got out of the surgery. He became agitated, and said that he needed the money RIGHT NOW and if I did not pay up he would go into the surgery and stop the procedure! I told him that he would do nothing of the sort, and that if he did I would report him to the medical review board! At that point, one of the other billing clerks pulled him back from the window. We were treated very badly and I would NEVER recommend them!

Cancelled my procedure with less than 1 hour notice because he was "busy". After fasting since midnight his staff cancelled at 2:00 pm without even an apology.
