DISHONEST...CONSUMERS BEWARE by Dissatisfied Customer - 04/21/2009I called to have them come out and service my furnace and replace humidifier pad...they charged me for two service calls (one for servicing furnace and another for installing humidifier pad) after I specifically asked and they told me they wouldn't...charged me $60 for 'cleaning' my humidifier drain which consisted of the technician spending 90 seconds picking up calcified water chunks out of the bottom of it. They did not replace my filters after stating that replacements were included in the service fee. They sent me another bill after I had already paid. I called to try and work things out and had with one receptionist only to have another call me back a couple days later and tell me that I owed more money.I did not receive the service that I paid for. They tried to take me for as much as they could.SHADY BUSINESS OPERATIONS, CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
