Made an appointment a week in advance, technician not show up, office did not attempt a courtesy call to say they were not coming. Intended fee; 95.00 for a one time-unguaranteed mole extermination.
When I telephoned the office to find out what happened, the technician has the audacity to say he was not coming today, and suggested tomorrow. Yea, right. No show, and now can the customer accommodate the company? What ever happened to professional customer relations? Who, I ask pays the salaries’?
