I bought insurance for 2 triplexes. Problem was only 1 unit was listed on policy. Asked for correction and was assured none was needed. Went to refinance and the bank would not accept coverage as documented. The bank and I both requested a correction and after 4 attempts they finally got the addresses corrected. Only took 3 months. The billing was then messed up and I received a check for over $2000.00 I thought I had been canceled and I called again and they stated that my insurance had not been canceled and I brought back the check and gave it to them the asking them for a updated statement which they as a broker could not provide and informed me to request that from Allied Insurance directly. After I thought it could not get any worse they sent me a non renewal notice along with a statement saying they would not consider finding me another policy. The price was no bargain at a price of over $3600.00 annually. Be very careful dealing with them! I made over 8 trips in the past year which cost both time and MONEY.
