Very clean store. The employees are very nice and helpful. They were willing to work with me when I was late on my pawn. Will go back again and again!!

I have never been treated so poorly in any pawn shop. The people behind the counter were rude then wanted to yell at me when I confronted them on it and called my son a Lier. I will never spend any money at this pawn shop!!

WORST PAWN SHOP EVERRRR!!! Called them up and told them i didnt get paid til such and such date and asked them if i could come in and pick up my item then, there like ya thats fine...go to pick my item up and there like its been pulled. Pretty much called me a liar and said nope you never called. what happend with customers are right? Not the first time, the first time they had the note in there system and pulled my item anyways. I would not reccommend going here inless you want to get screwed over. Bunch of aholes that need to go back to business school on managing a business. Never dealt with a pawn shop like this one. horrible!

This place sends their workers out to walmart on shipment day to buy all the ammo then sell it for 3x the price. Never buy from these rip offs.

Wow what a rip off for firearm sales DO NOT BUY A GUN HERE!!! The sales guys dont really have any answers for you if you have questions. When I was in there the other customers were way more helpful. And the prices ..WOW. I was enthusiastic about buying my first gun and didn't take the time to shop around like I should have. I bought a s&w SD40 VE for $399.00 (that's even more then S&W sells them for) came with a cardboard box and one mag. At duck creek armory (just 5 to 10 min south east) they are selling one that comes with a plastic case and 2 mags for $317.99. West Kimberly Pawn totally ripped me off and will never get my business for anything ever again.
