Searched all the furniture and Mattress stores in Port Charlotte. Never realized there was so many. Went to West Coast Mattress because a friend of mine recommended them. I was immediately impressed when I walked in the door and seen at least fifty mattresses on the showroom floor. I was greeted by Don as soon as I walked into the store. We had already been to a half dozen stores and we were in the market for a nice king set. We had just closed on a house and we were sleeping on a air mattress.

From being in the other stores we were leaning towards a Simmons Beautyrest World Class firm. We were amazed that West Coast Mattress had over 20 different Simmons to choose from. We seen models we hadn't seen at other stores. They had the entire World Class line and the Beautyrest Black line which we had seen for the first time. They had about 10 Tempurpedic to choose from, Serta ICOMFORTS and top of the line Perfect Sleepers and the Sealy line. It was nice having all the newest top name brand beds in one place to try. I had a chance to try a few Tempurpedic, I realized that the luxury firm was much more comfortable than the firm. So Don showed me the Beautyrest Black Eva luxury firm and that was it. We fell in love with it. He took $200.00 off the price and threw in a free mattress protector. I couldn't believe he also gave me free same day delivery. The only other store in town that carried that bed he beat their price by over a thousand dollars and then the free mattress protector, which was priced over a hundred dollars at the big chain store. They delivered that set that afternoon and we had a great bed to sleep on that night.The best store in town. We went back and bought mattress sets for the guest bedrooms. They beat their competition by hundreds of dollars, wasn't even close. I would strongly recommend West Coast Mattress in Port Charlotte. Nobody can compete with them on selection, price and service. West Coast Mattress was referred to us. by a couple friends. They had the best selection and prices that we seen after going to a couple other stores. We were able to get our bed sets immediately and their sales people are very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend West Coast Mattress.

We bought several beds from west coast mattress and are extremely happy with the service and the mattresses. We had a defective mattress and it was resolved and they swapped out the mattress in a matter of days!! Thats why we buy from a local store. Will be buying all mattresses from them and would highly recommend every one to buy from west coast mattress in Port Charlotte!!!

I recently moved to Port Charlotte, and found West Coast Mattress through a friend's recommendation. This was the first time that I had spent, what I considered a decent amount of money on a mattress. I had a lot of questions, and Gayle was able to answer ALL of my questions, and direct me towards my perfect mattress. I purchased a higher end Simmons Beauty Rest, and I believe this is the best mattress money can buy! I was highly satisfied with their extremely knowledgeable staff, not to mention they have the BEST PRICES IN TOWN! Anyone looking for a mattress, let this be your first and last stop! We moved to Port Charlotte almost 2 years ago and spent months searching for new beds. After visiting several stores, we went to West Coast Mattress in Port Charlotte. Phil helped us and we purchased 2 beds from him. One for our master bedroom and one for our guest room. Six months later, our master bedroom mattress had deep body impressions so we called Phil. He came out and measured the depth of the body impressions and determined the mattress was defective. Within one week, Phil had a new mattress and box spring delivered to our home. We are thrilled with the professional, customer service Phil and his delivery men provided to us. Finally, a business owner that fully stands behind a warranty!!! After shopping at other mattress stores, it was wonderful going into West Coast Mattress in Port Charlotte. The salespeople know there product and helped me find the right mattress and I was able to have it delivered that night.

We had just bought a house in North Port and we shoppped 4 different stores for mattress sets. We needed immediate delivery, we did'nt have anything to sleep on. My hushand and I traveled all around the Port Charlotte area for a new mattress. All the department stores and furniture stores were expensive, had a limited selection to choose fron and paid little attention to us. When we went to West Coast Mattress we were first impressed with the huge selection of beds to choose from. We were greeted by one of the owners and their prices just blew away all the prices we seen at the big chains for the exact same mattresses. I would strongly recommend West Coast Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress. They delivered our King size mattress the same day we purchased, free of charge.
