Went here on 12/03/2016 at 1:15 PM to get a bite to eat, After a 1o min wait in line. I had to repeat my order 3 times to an older lady, double with cheese and mustard, baked potato with cheese and bacon, large diet coke. Once my order was placed she proceeded to take the next 5 people in line as well. (I counted the trays lined up). the other register was not in service at this time. As I waited for my food at the rail, I talked with the others waiting as well. We made a game of it and counted 15 orders going through the drive through as none went to the counter. I looked at my receipt and at the 10 minute mark I requested to see a manager another 4 minutes by my watch, (Digital, atomic). I again asked for the manager, the older lady behind the counter just stared at me, at my third request and younger lady, late 20's early 30's dark hair. identified herself as the manager, I told her I have now waited over 12 minutes for my food, I would like my money back and I would go to McDonalds. She stated it was an accident and that if would be a little longer, as this was happening the people behind me were having their sandwiches placed on the trays and moving on. When I drew this to her attention she again stated it was an accident, I asked if they were making my meal. she did not know, I asked for my money back again, she again stated it was an accident, I explained that she could run her business however she wanted, I nicely suggested that she may want to have the order takers monitor the amount of trays backing up and provide feedback, at this statement she snorted. I explained I wanted my money back and would go to Mcdonalds, She gave it to me and I departed. I did go to McDonalds, food was cold and not that great, however I did get it within 5 minutes of ordering. Guess you could call that fast food in this town?

Fast and friendly service

The place was filthy and disgusting. Mold in the ceiling, dirty walls, carpet, sticky table. Two employees were taking fries and other stuff and eating while working. Trash at the door. Can only imagine how the restroom looks like. Guys with long hair and no hairnet. Terrible.

I was sadly diappointed in the service, atmosphere and cleanliness. Was not greeted when ordering, the employee just looked at me and never spoke. Flies all over the dining area, tables were so dirty I had to clean my own with paper towels from the bathroom. Also leftover food was still on some of the tables. Staff loud and inappropriate while I was trying to eat, and last but not least, someone in street clothes went behind the counter where food was being prepared. I will never eat there again
