This is the absolute worst Wendy's, or just fast food restaurant in general. The Collinsville location has a lot to offer, like poor customer service, uncooked french fries and much more. Their people look like they absolutely do not want to be there. Also, I have never seen a manager there. I have been there three times and every time it was the worst experience i have ever witnessed.
