DO NOT USE. They lost my red rug. They tried giving me the beige and brown flowered rug in the front of the store. I have been in four different days. The husband standard answer, "come back when my wife is here". She refuses to call Leather Rich the company that they sent the rug to for cleaning. I asked if they keep a log of items that go in and out of their store. She stated Leather Rich keeps the log. I left a message for Leather Rich and they did not return my call. Today, he said to come back at after 5pm, convenient that they close at 5pm. He also gave me Leather Riches number and stated it is their problem.
