Sorry to use the phrase but I was "In and Out" thanks to Tom Plager the service advisor and Scott Schouviller the technician!!

Tom was my service rep and he was great. When,during a tire rotation, the mechanics noticed my brakes were just about non-existant, not only was I told about it, but he said he could squeeze me in the next day. I appreciate this kind of service. I also like being called by name and knowing it when I came back in the next day.

I arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00 appointment. The service adviser--Dennis Perry--opened the door and got me started. He did the paperwork and sent me to the lounge. I was drinking coffee by 6:55. He did not have to start early, but when I asked him about it he said, You were ready, I was ready so why wait--LET'S DO THIS. Thank |you Dennis.

I have my Avalon serviced regularly at Weiss Toyota in South St. Louis County. On my last visit just a few days ago, I was particularly pleased with the service and the service rep. Tom Coates, the service rep, was very friendly, helpful, and explained any issues very thoroughly. I drove away more knowledgeable about my car and its condition, and very comfortable with the care and service Weiss had provided.

I recently took my car for service work and really appreciate the personal contact and service given by the dealership and service advisor Prinz. He was extremely helpful and worked with the service area to have my vehicle ready when I needed it.

I just had my 2015 Prius serviced, and Tom Plager, my service advisor, did a great job of moving things along so I didn't have too long to wait. While in the waiting area, the woman sitting next to me dropped a soda, and the parts guys were most helpful in getting us clean-up equipment quickly! Weiss Toyota has always come through for my family, and that is why my husband and I have bought 4 cars there.

I've been going to Weiss Toyota since 2008, when I bought my Toyota Solara. I've always had wonderful experiences, with various service advisors, most recently Tom Plager, and in the past, Dennis & Prinz. Their waiting area is comfortablel, and service work is excellent -- never have had a problem with ANY of the work they've done.

I was in for a 25K maintenance check as notified by my Avalon startup message. I expected an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told that my initial Maintenance coverage was for 2 years and 25,000. Unfortunately I purchased my Avalon in April 2013, over three months past the 2 year mark. I had also purchase additional years of Toyota service agreement. The agent told me that tires are rotated every 5000 miles and the oil is changed every 10000 miles due to synthetic oil. Because my Avalon was over two years old I would not receive the free tire rotation. I would receive the tire rotation and oil change at 30,000 because of my extended maintenance. I thought I would have continuous maintenance so there appeared to be a hole in my coverage because I did not drive the 25000 before the two year point. My Service agent Dennis Perry made a call to the proper person and I received my 25000 mile tire rotation at no charge. I appreciate the excellent service I received.

Took my 2014 Toyota Camry in for its regular service and like everyone I have come in contact with there, my Service Adviser Tom Coates was so kind and helpful. Everyone here always goes out of their way to make me smile and the work is always done quickly. I love that I am able to schedule my appointments online very easily it saves me the time I need. I bought my very first car here when I was 19 and have been going back ever since.

I brought my Honday CRV into service this week that I bought from Weiss. I am really happy with the service that I received. Dennis kept me informed throughout the whole process. When i need service again I will not think twice about taking my car to Weiss.

I love Weiss Toyota. They always provide an excellent service, on time and they even wash your car. Prinz Villar has been my service advisor several times, and he is very polite, he explains what was done to the car and he is always smiling. I've been a customer for over 3 years, and I have only good experiences with all the personnel. The waiting room has free Wi-Fi, water, coffee and a TV.
