Connection is key. In the Meisner technique, Wayne has you learn and understand all emotions you carry throughout your day. You learn about yourself and other people and why you act a certain way and what make you tick and overall how to use it in your career or in other aspects of your day. He's a really good teacher that listens and wants you to be as best as you can be. He's straight forward and honest and shows you how to be the same. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to get into acting seriously. It will show you how to let down bloackades and be your true self in the career path you've chosen. I know I'm lucky to have heard about this class from a friend. It's been a huge improvement for me and my personal development.

I have been a member of the Wayne Dvorak Acting Studio for over 7 months now. I can honestly say that this class has been more than worthwhile for me as an actress in Los Angeles! In the short seven months of meeting weekly with my class, Wayne has helped me open my emotional expression and really become attune to my emotions and reactions to a scene partner or the dialogue of a scene.

This was my first real experience with Meisner training, and I have a feeling that a huge part of why I love it is because of Wayne's intuitive way of teaching. He has a way of reading people that really comes in handy because he will help you uncover your true behavior and reactions, so that you as an actor can more easily access your emotions.

Class sizes are very small so it's definitely not like a classroom, it's like getting together weekly to rehearse with your friends! Highly recommend auditing this class if you are looking to join a new acting class.
