During my short time working for Wavestream I was subjected to daily harassment emotional and physical by a female member of the finance department. I did not encourage it or accept it. When I complained to the director of Operations, he laughed it off with the statement "She does this to all of the new employees" which I found very odd coming from an officer of the company.

On one particular day the harassment got so bad that I had to get up and leave my work area to make it stop. It bothered me so much that I reported this activity to the VP of Ops, Carl Emory, who dismissed her actions with “she does this to all new employees”. as if this made it OK. This made me even more ill to the point of being hospitalized.
