Very poor service

I took my child to see the eye doctor and we waited almost two hours before we were seen. I talked to someone who had been waiting for 4 hours! The office is gorgeous, but the wait time is too long. The doctors seemed to be over scheduled and the appointments just seem to pile up. The person at the front desk just brushed off my concerns with comments like "the doctor is busy and will get to you soon." The first time my child ever saw the "doctor" he walked in after the tech had done all the work and just pretty much said you're done. He didn't do any tests!
They need some practice on the phone

Just called Watson Eye to make an appt. My glasses chipped and i need the eye exam before i can order new glasses. When they answered, I exampled i was new to the area and wanted to make an appt with an ophthalmologist. She asked me if I needed eye surgery or had eye problems, No i said I just wanted an exam. She got very loud and started telling me there isn't a different on the exams given my a MD or a OD and they both give comprehensive exam and it shouldn't matter which i have give me and exam. I was so caught off guard ...i said. I'm sorry for the past 25 years I have had an ophthalmologist give me an exam. She proceeded to try to explain to me there isn't a difference I finally said ok. Then she said...who do you want to give the exam...I said I'll call back. I felt being dictated to and it made be feel as if i didn't know what i was asking for. I am the customer...aren't I? IF you do not need my business that fine. You do not have to strong-arm me or make me feel stup
