Your Review: Tell a story. Be specific. OffeMoved into a home with a water-tec system installed. Seemed like it was going through way too much salt. They came out and explained the system to me, checked the settings and changed a setting. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. r suggestions.

I had a system that got too expensive to keep up and when the company abandoned Tucson and I could only get service out of Phoenix, I looked for a new company to work with here.Luckily, I found Water Tec. The first appointment a new customer has with Water Tec is always with the owner. For me, he was very informative and helpful but not hard sell. Water Tec now services both my soft water system and my drinking water system. I trust them and find their service wonderful. The people who come to my home are courteous, knowledgeable and I get the feeling that they are genuinely interested in providing me with the best water systems and service possible.It's always easy to get an appointment with them. Wish I'd found them years ago!

Water Tec not only came out on top of my research for a water softener in terms of quality, but their price was also the best. I was really happy with their fast installation and top notch customer service. I highly recommend them!

Knew right away what the problem was with our Water Softener. Was punctual and had all the necessary parts to repair it. was done in no time at all. Price was also reasonable. Would defenitely recommend to anyone.

We bought our home 3 1/2 years ago in Tucson and at that time, decided to go with Water Tec for a water softening system and water purifying system. We heard they had an excellent reputation for the quality of their products. We also have them come out every year to change the water purifying filters for our drinking water. We couldn't be happier with the systems we purchased and also the service we have received from the initial installation to now. Every person we have ever dealt with from service reps to calling up for advice or questions, they have all been very nice, helpful and professional, which means alot to us.

I have been working with Jonathan Rose and he is amazing!! He responds to any and all questions quickly and has been such a great help whenever I need to place an order. Whenever my techs need something I always send them over to Jonathan because I know he will take care of them. Look no further for an expert to design a system for your house. I have a well as well as a municipal source for residential water. Mr. DeGrave, the owner, designed a system that softens and purifies to RO quality and is easily switchable between the well and the municipal source. He was thorough and patient with my construction project and supervised the installation himself. Consummate professional service and products.

I got great customer service from Jon at Water Tec in Tuscon he responed to my email right away with ervery thing I asked for. He was very frendly over the phone. The prices he qouted were fair prices. We will use Water Tec again.

i called in to get an estimate for having our existing water softener installed.the gentleman i spoke with (Marco) was efficient, kind and helpful and offered a free site visit to give us an accurate price for installation.very pleased with the service :)
