Extremely poor service

We have had yard waste at the curbside for approximately six weeks now. My husband calls them at least twice a week to find out when they will do pickup and is always told "tomorrow" or "this week" with no results. Unfortunately we are stuck with them as they won the contract with Waste Management here.

CAN YOU PLEASE SEND OUT INFORMATION ON HOW AND WHEN TO PUT OUT YARD TRASH, ANDOTHER LARGE THINGS THAT DONT FIT IN THE TRASH CAN.
Never received waste/recycle bin

I am so disappointed in this company as we are the only house in our subdivision that has not received the waste/recycle bins since the switch over from waste management to Waste Pro. It is going on 6 weeks now and my husband and I have called numerous times and spoke to at least 4 different people, 2 being managers and I have even emailed the VP!! We were told a few times that the bins would be on the next scheduled pick up date which was over a month ago and the latest comment was that we would receive the bins no later than Saturday which again was untrue!! This company should be ashamed of the poor service and telling untrue statements to their customers!!

I have contacted WastePro at least six times without resolution of my problem or even a refund for failure to provide waste pick-up. Week after week we pay full fee for service, and week after week our garbage is uncollected. It is only collected when I telephone and request pick-up. I think I will have to close my account and bring my trash to the dump myself. I am only on-line now because I can't find any way to contact them in writing to doucument my dilemma in preparation for bringing a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
