Things to know about doing business with them: 1) They never answer the phone 2) The owner John is very condescending and unprofessional 3) I have taken things to them multiple times to fix the same problem without a satisfactory resolution 4) There computer system is antiquated and their customer service is unsatisfactory. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
busted motor! on Cub Cadet/ Kohler motor

last year i was mowing and seen oil spitting out of my engine everywhere,,,i took off the top of the mower, and everyone of the bolts that bolted down the mower was just setting of top of the mower! And then i noticed a BIG crack down the mower,,It's nothing to do with oil! It's been changed at all the times that it's supposed to,,checked everytime before mowing, and i contacted them, and they admitted that the year i got the mower, they replaced the people at the factory with the robot arms,,,and, that they were several they found out that wasn't bolted down, and that they had to replace all kinds! But not once they would fool with mine!! I've called them several times,,,want call me back,,,I called the main place, and all i got was a big run around,,,it's a shame you pay over 2,000.00 on thier product, and they admit what happened, and will not do what's right..At the same time that the motor was loose it messed up my starter,,chewed up the teeth on it,,and now i'm out of a lawnmower! It's not good times, and i don't have any more $$$$ to buy a new one,,,This place and mower, sucks! Would love to say more, but i will just keep my mouth shut!

I recently had warranty one do some maintenance work for $200.55 and they deposited my check twice. Once via debt and then they deposited it in their business checking account. I had to explain this to John and he was most unkind. He told me they wouldn't be doing business with me again. I wonder if he can spell John Deere? Buyers beware and keep an eye on your checking account.

After 4 calls and leaving messges each time to set up an appointment, still nothing. They did excellent work for me 2 years ago but it would seem customer service has gone away.
