My speciality is helping adults who have experienced severe childhood trauma (complex PTSD) to begin to recover the life they were meant to live.  I work well with dissociative clients (dissociative identity disorder).  

My focus is on helping clients get back to a stable, fully-functional state where the fear and anxiety is greatly reduced, and the ability to be in relationship is significantly improved.  In other words, to help you begin to reclaim the life you were meant to live.

During the trauma resolution portion of the work, I primarily using a body oriented approach called Somatic Experiencing.  My aim is to do the trauma resolution work at a pace and in a way that does not overwhelm you or make it difficult to function in day-to-day life.

I also do work with couples, especially where childhood trauma may be interfering with their ability to relate to each other.
