Driveways & Parking Lots
Good concrete practices are especially important when considering driveways and parking lots because of the freeze thaw cycle and salt that is brought in from the roads. Six-bag mix concrete is the industry standard, but we use at least seven-bag mix. We have a special paving design for parking lots that uses seven and a half bag mix and fibers.

Colored & Stamped Concrete
By adding a dye to concrete you can make it whatever color you would like. After the concrete is finished, a release agent is spread across it. The concrete is then stamped to give a unique texture. This gives an added color and dimension to finished concrete. Then a gloss or natural sealer is applied so the color doesn't fade.

Basement Walkouts
Our method for basement walkouts doesn't require an over sized hole. We dig a hole the exact size of the walkout. Then rebar is spaced 18 inches on center each way to form a mat to reinforce the concrete. Next the wall is poured and then the steps are poured with a drain in the bottom. Then the door is placed in the foundation. In the next step, all of the walls are plastered. Lastly, the rail is installed.
