I just went up to the wal-mart vision center to get a broken ear peice replaced only to find out they dont do that. You either have to buy an entirely new pair of glasses or live with a broken ear peice. That is so ridiculous! It is a mere ear peiece that has a screw in it for God's sake. How hard can it be to unscrew it n screw on a new peice? I am not about to spend over $350 on a new pair of glasses n waster three-quarters of them when all I need is one ear peice. If their goal is to keep their customers happy then they should provide such peices for glasses n be willing to replace them if one is needed. Telling someone to buy another pair of glasses instead of trying to work on the problem of a broken peice with the customer does not sit too well with said customer n will not help to make the customer happy n willing to come back to their particular business for future vision services. After such an experience, I myself will no longer use their services.
