While the selection of the stove and then installation went wonderfully. My problem started just last month when the stove would intermittently not light, they sent out their tech and the owner's son came out and couldn't find a problem with it (to their credit it had started working, but I was unsure of any underlying problems so I kept the appointment, the owner's son came out due to my very unique install). I was then charged $125, to which I did not agree to. I was not even told about a charge for the visit prior to the conclusion of the visit. That is not how I like to do business with anyone!! Then the pellet stove stopped igniting altogether, they came out and fixed it but then wanted to collect the money from the previous trip. I will not be referring anyone to them again. Had I known I was going to have these problems, I would have gotten a gas stove with a propane tank outside!! Now I am stuck with this thing and god only knows when it will break again!!
